I like making big cups of tea with milk and sugar to go with eating shortbread cookies. This one is a good size for dunking cookies, too. The big handle makes it easy to hold when the drink is really hot or really cold. The straight walls inside the cup make it easy to clean. Very happy with this product.About the PrintThe print of the family seat castle, tartan, and clan name is perfectly crisp and bright. Looks so good you’d think the printed ceramic were actually covered in tartan fabric! All three cups had perfect prints! I like the heft and sturdiness of the stein, that it’s not going to blow away on windy days outside, that it has a wide flat bottom, big handle, but not too heavy for my wrist so I can hold in my hand for a good long drink. It has a textured but smooth finish all around the outer surface including the handle, which makes it feel very high quality. Even the unfinished ring on the bottom is polished smooth. I love everything about it, especially that it has the family seat castle and tartan printed all around the stein!About the PrintThe colors were a little darker than expected, and it’s printed on a grey background stein, so the castle looks realistic like we’re in Scotland on an overcast day and the tartan is soaked from the rain. I’m sure the image is brighter on the white background stein which is another option you can get (it’s brighter on a white cup I got with the same design printed).My pictures
