Originally I had ordered a water bottle without a background and the lettering began to peel off almost immediately. I was not very happy and contacted Zazzle right away. They were great and told me they would credit my account so I could replace it. This time around I decided to try to put a background on it to see if that would help the letters stay longer... we have had the bottle about 2 weeks now and it seems to be fine, no chipped or peeling at all this time :)
