About the Product
I did not care for the mug and will not present it to the owner of our company as intended. However, Zazzle has generously offered me a credit in the amount of my purchase. I paid for this personally and was going to collect from the other employees so, at least, I can purchase something else that I can use for myself.
About the Print
The mug itself is a great concept. However, the letter that was supposed to show up in the seal on the cup was the same color gold as the seal and did not show up. I did not see anywhere in the ordering process that I could change the color of the letter. There is also a faint yellow webbing design behind the printing on the mug that makes it look murky...almost as though something has been spilled on the cup.
