About This Design
“CHAMP” was born in and the Biden’s adopted him as a puppy. They named him “Champ” because when Joe Biden was a boy, his father gave him the nickname, “Champ”, to encourage him. “MAJOR” was adopted as a puppy in by Joe & Jill Biden from the Delaware Humane Association. He is the first-ever shelter dog to live in the White House.
