About This Design
Catherine designed this Change Champion mug to remind you that successful organizations need leaders and employees who move beyond embracing change to becoming Change Champions! The mug includes the Steps for driving change and launching successful initiatives to help individuals, teams, and organizations evolve and grow. These Steps are explained in detail in Catherine Goggia’s, “Leading and Supporting Change,” workshop offered through The Butte College Training Place and her webinar training of the same title. When a company hires Catherine to deliver one or both of these trainings to their leadership or employee teams, this mug is the perfect training take-away people can use for a quick reminder after the training. Yes, employees can always review their participant work books for detailed notes, but the mug is way more fun and a terrific tool to reinforce key learning points!
