I have put “Since ” in the grey scroll as a reference to when Carlos Gracie opened the first Gracie Jiu Jitsu academy at Rua Marquês de Abrantes , Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. You can easily change that to put in when your academy was founded if you prefer. The names and date in the black scroll are easily personalized as well.
