About This Design
This elegant design features a deep, almost navy, blue background with a rectangle of the Scottish MacLean Clan’s tartan centered with an oval photo of the ancient home, Duart Castle. Above the tartan and castle are the words “Duart Castle” while below is the official spelling of the family name. For this inscriptions, a rich gold, ancient appearing font has been selected. Around the edges of the tartan are the Maclean name, in a rich gold script font, spelled in the various ways people of the family have spelled it across the centuries and generations as well as around the world.
