About This Design
“Skivvy Waver” spelled out in nautical signal flags. In the US Navy a Signalman is known as a skivvy waver because of his ability to send messages by waving flags. Besides waving the semaphore flags they hoist these international code flags above the bridge of the ship to send messages.
