The image is an original vintage photographic negative of Washington DC from above near the end of World War 1!. We have scanned the original vintage image. The blimp or airship was an actual airship and was snapped at the Worlds Fair of Chicago in . We have combined the two images with a comic like appearance and the result is the blimp over DC advertising Presidential candidates.
