About This Design
Lanyon Quoit Standing Stones Cornwall England Lanyon Quoit is a Neolithic Dolmen which unfortunately crashed to the gound during a tremendous storm in but was rebuilt using the existing huge stones a few years later. It sits in a field in the far west of Cornwall beside the road between Morvah and Madron. There are many stories and legends connected with these ancient standing stones and others in the area such as Men-an-Tol. Photographs by Poldark Country
